Easter 2009

Easter was so much fun this year. The events started off with coloring eggs Friday night. Taylor loved it and every time she sees an egg she asks me if we can color it. Then Saturday morning Jeremy took the girls to the Lewisville Easter egg hunt. He got there a little late but the girls still got a lot of candy. They got to play around the playground for a bit afterwards. We went to Broulims later that day and the Easter bunny happened to be there. Taylor was so excited. It was funny cuz earlier that day I had told Taylor that the Easter Bunny doesn't come to messy houses and that she needed to pick up her toys. Well the first thing she says the the Easter bunny was "I cleaned my room and it's not messy anymore." I laughed. Sadie wanted nothing to do with the bunny. She would scream so loud if I got close to it. That was the highlight of the day for Taylor. Then on Easter the girls woke up ran to their baskets and started in on the goods. It was funny watching Taylor run around trying to find all the eggs hidden around the house. Then I got them dressed up in their Easter dresses and they looked so dang cute! Of course I couldn't get a good picture of both of them looking at the camera. I finally the picture with Taylor and the balloon behind her is so funny. She walks up to me like that and says "look mom I'm an Easter bunny and this is my tail." Where do they come up with this stuff. Overall it was a great Easter!
