Just my luck!

What is this picture of you might ask? That would be my tooth! Let me take you back a few months. In April I went in for a cleaning and had a loose crown. We decided to leave it cuz it wasn't bothering me. In the meantime I had 4 cavities. So I got those taken care of. In August I had a root canal in another tooth! And now my loose crown ended up being that my whole tooth fell out with the post from a previous root canal. I now have to get an implant. I asked the dentist if they are going to name a room after me there cuz I'm there every month! All this without dental insurance. Yippee for us! I guess when it rains it pours. So I will not have a tooth on my one side for about 7 months. Just don't look to closely when your talking to me. Haha. Ugh the fun of it all. On the bright side it wasn't one of my front teeth!

We definitely know the phrase when it rains it pores. Not having dental insurance good luck with it. Sorry about having to go into the dentist so much it's never fun.

Oh man, I can only hope that you are overcoming your fear of the dentist. I too have had my share of trips to the dentist and feel your pain! At least you are looking at it in a positive way...thankfully it wasn't a very noticeable tooth! :) Did it hurt when your tooth fell out!?

Well, you could try selling the crown on ebay to help override the costs of your new implant? Throw in the post for free and I bet you get an extra 50 bucks on the offer! At this point, you're best bet is to just ask Dr. Dansey for a job- that way you could get the employee discount:)

Sounds like you have teeth like Ben and I. We hate the dentist b/c we're there all the time and it's so stinkin expensive! Good luck with that...and yea for it not being a front tooth!

I'm sorry that had to happen! It stinks not having dental insurance, it's so hard to make myself go even when I know I have cavities;) We are just going to have to call you a hillbilly for 7 months!lol J/k I would never!

Ugh - that's hard, especially so without insurance. I think you will find you have less problems with an implant though. I had one done about 5 years ago and it's been great. Hang in there!

Oh man that sucks! So that's what those things look like. I have a couple myself! The dentist is always so fun. I'm not coaching this year because last year I had a few "problems" and really felt like it should be my last year for a while. So it kind of sucks...but I guess there has to be some reason behind it.

Oh man, that is not fun. You guys are single handedly paying for your dentists lifestyle! Good luck!!

Who would have thought you would have bad teeth? You have such a pretty smile! Sorry about the no insurance thing, i'm with you on that one. I thought it was bad for us with five kids and no insurance! Hopefully this will end your bad luck streak with your teeth.
I'm all for getting together when our husbands are out of town! Heck I'm for getting together anytime! Give me a call.
