Vacation Time

Sorry for all the slide shows lately but it is just easier than posting all the pictures by themselves. This past weekend I convinced my hubby to take the family to Utah for some fun. I needed to get away. We loaded up the kids and headed down to Utah. We stopped in Ogden to see some friends. Jeremy went for a round of golf and I went shopping. Its a nice trade. After that we went to Salt Lake where our friends hooked us up with a stay at a luxury apartment in downtown Salt Lake. The views were amazing from inside and from up top. We really enjoyed our stay there. Taylor especially like swimming in the bathtub with Kaylee and Ashlyn. I think that made her day. The next morning we went to Hogle Zoo. Out of all the animals Taylor says that the goats were her favorite. Not a giraffe, not the elephant, the goat. She's a country girl I guess. She also really liked the carasel and the train ride. Sadie liked the train too. After the zoo we went to Lehi to go to Cala's birthday party at the park. Taylor couldn't wait to see Cala. When we pulled up to her house Taylor says "Yeah we made it. Woo Hoo." That cracked me up. At the park they had a little petting zoo. The kids thought that was great. Taylor tried to sit on a goat. In the mean time Jeremy decided to let Sadie play with his mountain dew can. I guess there was still a little bit on the top. She got a taste of that and wasn't to pleased with the results. Her face was classic. After some cupcakes and ice cream we decided to go try to go to seven peaks. Our friends had season passes and told us we could use them. We picked up the passes got in our swimsuits and off we went. When Taylor saw the slides she was all smiles. Well we got to the gate and everything was closed. I guess out of all the days we choose to go to seven peaks it was closed for a special event. Taylor was devastated! She was holding onto the fence crying "No". Jeremy tried to use his good looks and charm to get us in this so called special event and no such luck. It was a bummer. Luckily Aunt Tara came to the rescue and told us that the American Fork swimming pool was open until nine. We went there and the girls really liked swimming. Oh and yes my husbands GOLF tan is back! He is looking good. We then went back to Tara's and the girls played. I think Taylor would have stayed there if I would have let her. Sadie was such a trooper in all the heat and driving. She was happy most of the time. She really is the best baby! Thanks to all our friends and family for making this a great weekend!

Sunshine

I am loving this warm weather and taking full advantage of it. Sadie is sitting up all by herself now. It is so nice just to have her sit there and play with toys. We went over to grandma and grandpa's and let the kids play in the water there. It was a blast. Their house is the grandkids favorite! Kacey my sister in law came with Hunter and Ridge. Hunter would say that the slide was dangerous and he was being dangerous. It was hilarious. Ridge and Taylor hung out in the pool. Sadie was chillin in her carseat. Then I took my achievement day girls on a hike at Cress Creek. I brought Taylor with me. It is a pretty fun hike. It is paved for 1/2 mile with picnic benches to eat at. The other half was gravel and let me tell you with a stroller it was quite the workout. As you can see in one of the pictures Taylor was so excited to get her picture taken with me. My good friend Jenny went Seattle and found some great deals on clothes for my girls so she picked up some for me. I love them all hence all the pictures with twinner outfits on. Thanks Jenny! Jaxon and Taylor were watching the sunset the other night. We have a prearranged marriage for them! Anyway I can't get enough of the sun!

4 Years

Today is our 4 year wedding anniversary! It is just crazy to me how fast time goes by. I have loved every minute of it and wouldn't trade it for anything. Jeremy is a great husband and I coulnd't ask for anything more. So much has happened in four years. I can't wait to see what the many years to come have in store. Thanks babe for everything you do for me! I love you!

If I can ever find a scanner I will post pictures of our wedding day. Don't hold your breathe though. You might have to wait until next year for those:)!

Happy Fathers Day

First I have to say Happy Fathers Day to my hubby! He is everything to my girls. They love him so much. Taylor will tell him "Dad you're the best dad ever". It is so cute. Jeremy couldn't be a better dad to them. Let's just say my girls have him wrapped around their little fingers. He will do anything and everything for them. I just love it.

Now let me explain the picture below. Jeremy and Jason got this crazy idea to super impose their faces on this new movie coming out. (The movie is called Stepbrothers and it looks dang funny. It is Will Ferrell and the guy that is in Talladaga Nights with him). Anyway take a look for yourself.

Ya it looks freaky. Jeremy says it freaks him out when he looks at it too. I guess you can say that Jason and Jeremy have a little too much of free time. Hahaha. No it's just them being funny. I just wanted everyone to get a good laugh!

Working

I was changing Sadie and I couldn't hear Taylor anymore (this happens a lot). When I walked into the kitchen Taylor was on the table typing away on Jeremy's computer. I asked her what she was doing and she said "I'm working mommy, I'm working." It was so funny. Since Jeremy's office is at home she see's him on the computer all the time. She will always ask him what he is doing and he will say "Working." Kids pick up things fast. Here are some pictures of Taylor hard at work.

Sadie is starting to sit up better by herself. She loves it cuz she can watch crazy Taylor run circles around her. Sadie just cracks up everytime Taylor does that. She has some wild hair too. I need to cut it in parts. Jeremy wants to shave it and that is a huge NO WAY! He wouldn't dare cause he knows I would be so mad!

New Hiding Spot

I was trying to find Taylor and couldn't find her anywhere. All of a sudden I could hear this laughing in the closet. I opened it up and low and behold there she is. She told me she was sleeping and to go away. I just had to laugh and take of picture of course. The things kids come up with.

And just further proof that I do indeed have a thumb sucker. She is such a little sweetheart. I just can't get enough of this little one. However she has figured out that screaming does get attention. This girl has quite the little screech! Once she has your attention she smiles at you.

Can I just say how I am so sick of this rainy windy weather. We are in June now and we should be having some nice summer days. The weather stinks for the next week. Not even reaching the 70's. Oh it just bugs me. I never thought I would consider moving but this year has worn on me and I say sunny weather here I come....it won't be for awhile though:).

Thumb Sucker!

Sadie is quite the little thumb sucker. She won't do it when I am around but once I'm not paying attention in goes the thumb. I have to admit I think it is dang cute. When I catch her she will smile so huge and take her hand out of her mouth. Oh and I can't get a really good picture of her sucking her thumb because she will take it out when the the camera is around. So I caught her this morning. Her thumb is in her mouth. BUSTED! Now I need to break this habit soon because thumb sucking runs in the family. Not naming any names or anything but I believe there were a couple of you that grandma had to bribe pretty hard to stop sucking your thumbs:)!
