We Are Having A.....

BOY!!!!!

At 16 weeks I went to the Dr. and got an ultrasound to find out what we were having.  Jeremy didn't come with me.  As I was getting my ultrasound the doc says oh I think there's something there.  I say are you serious!?!  He then said I am 97% sure it's a boy.  I started to cry.  But then deep down I didn't believe it.  I needed another ultrasound to confirm that.  So I didn't tell anyone (except a few), but not Jeremy what the doctor said.  I didn't want to get his hopes up just in case the dr was wrong.  My next appt. was on Dec. 20. My plan was to wait until Christmas and surprise everyone.....but I couldn't keep it a secret!  It was killing me.  So one night I caved and told Jeremy.  My appt was a week away.  I was so mad at myself for caving. Then I had a panic attack couldn't sleep all night long thinking that it wasn't real that it wasn't a boy.  The next day I woke up and called fetal fotos got an appointment there and it was confirmed that if was for sure a BOY!!!!!! (Side note fetal fotos is so worth it.  I got to see the baby just play for 30 min.  He's so active already!)  Jeremy has been on cloud nine ever since.  The girls are pretty excited too.  Raigen wasn't too thrilled at first but she warmed up pretty quick.  We count our blessings every day and are so very blessed in our lives.  I can't wait to see what a boy will bring to our cute little family :).

Big News!

My new parking spot!
We are having baby #4 in May!!!!  The girls can't wait and remind me every day that my belly is getting bigger and bigger and bigger :).  They of course want to have another girl.  Which odds are it's most likely a girl.  We'll find out soon enough!  Either way I'm grateful for this wonderful blessing to complete our family.

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving this year was with my family.  We ate lots of food, enjoyed relaxing, did some shopping, and the girls got their hair fixed by Aunt Lindsey everyday :).
These 3 girlies melt my heart.  The ipad was a hit with everyone this weekend.
Black Friday shopping.....On Thanksgiving morning I always meet my friend Annie at KMart in Rexburg to get the deals for that day.  This year I talked Jeremy into coming with me :).  Let's just say he will NEVER EVER EVER come again.  But he was a good sport and went and bought us all hot chocolate and a paper.  Courtney came and so did my nephew Cammon who will probably never come again either.
Then Thursday night the sisters went and did some damage.  I will have to say that Victoria's Secret was the craziest place by far and have bruises to prove it.
Courtney was my shopping partner and we were in and out of places in a snap.  We came home at 1:30 am took a nap got back up at 5 am and were officially done by 8 am.  My favorite tradition from Thanksgiving for sure :).
We took all the grandkids (minus Stone) to Wreck it Ralph on Sat.  The show was funny.  After the show Santa was sitting out in the entryway.  Raigen was asleep and when she heard the word Santa she woke right up and ran over to him.  The girls couldn't believe he was there.  They got their lists in with the big guy :).
All my moms grandkids (minus Stone)

Disney on Ice

A couple of weeks ago I took my girls to Disney on Ice with my sisters.  Tara got us tickets and my girls couldn't believe we were going!  They were grinning ear to eat the whole time.

At intermission Tara busted out the princess crowns and purple lip gloss.  Oh the purple lip gloss.  Lol.

Lindsey, me, and Tara.  We miss you Courtney!

Raigen is 3!!!!!

Ugh I can't get enough of this little girl!  I can't believe she is 3 already.  Raigen is definitely one of a kind.  It's usually her way or the highway.  She is so funny and is always making us laugh.  The poor girl has had a rough month.  From the stomach flu that lasted 4 days to strep to a cold she just can't catch a break when it comes to being sick.  But I will have to say when she's sick she is the sweetest little thing.  Always telling me that she loves me.  I think that rubbed off on her cuz she will run up to me and whisper "mom I love you" random times during the day now.  I can't imagine my life with her and her fun personality.

On her birthday she woke up at 6 am ran out saw her presents and woke everyone up so we could open them.  She was so excited about her birthday!

Since she was getting over strep on her birthday we had to cancel her party but no worries we took her to Costco to celebrate.  Haha.  She got to pick out this huge giraffe which she named polka dot.  It made her day!

We had her bday party the next week.  I had picked out a pinata for her at Target ($3 on clearance) and turns out she was not a fan of hitting it.  Wouldn't even try and stood by the freezer the whole time until the candy fell out.  Raigen was so excited to have her little friends at her party.  I love that she is so into it this year!
We love you Raigen!!!!!

Girls Weekend

The beginning of Nov. I got to go to SLC with some of my most favorite people ever (Meegan, Jenny, and Steff)!  We shopped City Creek like no one has ever shopped it before, stayed at a hotel, laughed A LOT, slept little, and ate some good food.  It's always fun to get away for a weekend.

*Jeremy deserves extra brownie points......he was so so so so sick and still said to go.  I came home a little early to find him lying in bed with a super high fever.  I took him to the dr and turns out he probably had pneumonia.  The girls survived so that's good :).

Halloween

We did the normal October festivities.  Went to the pumpkin patch, carved pumpkins, and went trick or treating.  The girls got so much candy!  Lucky for me Raigen is having a pinata for her bday so guess where the candy is going to go :).

Carrie Underwood Concert

I have loved Carrie Underwood since she did American Idol.  My good friend Jenny called me one day and was like I'm going to the Carrie Underwood concert.  I told her I was super jealous even tried to go online and buy a ticket by them so I could go.  Didn't work.  So I wasn't planning on going.  Then the night before the concert Jenny called me and said they had an extra ticket!!!!!  I was so excited.  Jeremy was out of town so my cute little sister Lindsey came up and stayed with the girls so I could go to the concert.  And let me tell you it was so worth it.  She sounds amazing live and is sooooo pretty!  I still get chills listening to her songs because they were so good.
After Hunter Hayes performed there was a break and I went and found my other good friend Michelle down on the floor.  Her seats were pretty great.  7th row....yeah I tried to stay down there but got kicked out unfortunetly.  The security guards weren't that nice.....maybe it's because I'm getting old and don't know how to work it anymore.  Haha. Anyways the first couple of pictures are ones Michelle took.

Me and Michelle
I crashed Jenny's family party.  All the girls were super fun and super cute!

Carrie went above the crowd on this thing and sang

After concert picture

Waiting to meet Carrie or Hunter Hayes
Ok after the concert we waited outside the gate hoping to meet either Carrie or Hunter Hayes.  I guess Carrie left right after the concert but Hunter was still around.  Jenny harassed anybody who worked for the Maverik Center to let us go by their buses or let us go in and meet them.  Well they were not budging...
Proof that I got by the security guard....only to throw away something but I got past him :).  hahaha

Jenny trying to work her magic
So 2 hours later Hunter came out and we got his picture and autographs :).  Totally worth it.

Thanks Jenny for inviting me, thanks to Jeremy for the ticket, and thanks to Lindsey for watching my girls so I could go and see this amazing concert.  I'm going to go ahead and check this one off the bucket list!

Wrestling

Jeremy and the girls wrestle all the time.  It's one of their favorite things to do before bedtime.  Jeremy is pretty worn out afterwards.

Jeremy bought himself a new toy.......1970 Chevy.  He LOVES it.  I'm actually really excited for him.  When we moved to Utah he kinda gave up all his hobbies from back home.  He doesn't really go fishing or hunting much because he's so busy with work and being an amazing dad :).  So it's actually fun seeing him so happy about something.  Being stuck in a house full of girls he needs time to himself!
We call it VICTOR (that's where he got it from)
A couple of weekends ago we went down to Lehi to hangout with my family.  My girls were so excited to play with their cousins.

Grandma with all her granddaughters

Where I find Jeremy all the time

She lost her other top tooth
Taylor had a school carnival so me and her went and played.  She had so much fun!

Run, Cars, and Furniture

This past weekend I ran my first race!  I did the Layton Classic.  It was a 10k. I was pretty nervous to do this.  I finally got back into going running once I met my friend Lindsey!  She is the best.  I really couldn't have done it without her.  Would I say I love running....No.  Did I want to kill myself the first couple of miles.......Yes.  But once we got up the hill and headed down I felt great.  I ran it in 55 min.  Lindsey did it in 53.  I want to run a half next so we'll see when that happens.
Lindsey took this picture of us and Jeremy was just so excited for me.  Lol.  What's funny about this is a lady that was taking pictures for the hospital that sponsored the race asked if she could take the same picture for the hospital.  So who knows where this will end up....maybe Jeremy will get another awesome billboard. It was fun having my girls and Jeremy there cheering me on.  It was a good lesson for the girls that you don't have to always win (I will never win one of these) but if you finish it's just as great.
After we got home I can a ton of peaches!  I am not a canner and only do this because I can't waste food.  Anyways after I got done with the peaches we got ready and headed to Brigham City for the biggest car show in the west.  Jeremy is getting into old trucks and wants to restore one.  He was loving this.

About a month ago I bought this little number at a yard sale.  The lady wanted 50 bucks I got it for 20 :).
And now it's my new entertainment center!  Jeremy sanded, I painted, and he put it back together. Love it!
