Christmas 2011

Christmas this year was so much fun!  My girls are just at the perfect ages and were so excited about everything!  Can't believe it's come and gone but the parties don't stop there for us.  We'll have 2 birthdays within the next 2 weeks :).
Homemade pizzas for Christmas Eve dinner.  Jeremy wanted in on the action.

Doing what I do best....Cooking.

I think Jeremy is telling them to put their hands up.

Making gingerbread cookies for Santa.

Our gingerbread family

Santa came :).

They all got what they asked for.

I think he liked his present.

December Happenings

This past month we have been busy having fun.  Here's a rundown
The girls playing Candyland with us.
Taylor had a Christmas program at school.

Sadie cut some chunks out of her hair.
Before we went and got it cut.

Added some layers and it looks pretty dang cute.

These cuties had a dance recital

Raigen pretending to be dad in his shoes

The girls gave Jeremy this hat forever ago.
Raigen falls asleep in the most random positions.
Cutest picture ever.  She is asleep like this on my floor.

Christmas Card 2011

I hope we all remember the true meaning of Christmas this year. I know I have a hard time not veering off and making it materialistic but what really matters is that my family is healthy and we are together. Many people I know are suffering from losing a loved one this time of year and my heart aches for them. I am so grateful for the gospel and for the knowledge I have knowing families are forever. I'm very happy that we can reflect on Christ's birth and that I get to teach my girls about it. I love that they act out Jesus's birth and that they are starting to get what Christmas is all about. May we all be as excited this year and every year for our Savior and Redeemer Jesus Christ.
