The other night my parents ward had a halloween carnival. I took my girls and they had a great time. Taylor made sure to get two pieces of candy... one for her and one for sister (or mom). My friend Cat made them these tutus and they look sooooo cute! I love it!

Ryan's Home!
Jeremy's little brother Ryan got home Friday night from his mission! He was serving in the Bogota Columbia Mission. His english is a little rusty. He will start talking to you in spanish and you have to remind him that you don't know spanish. He looks great. Now all seven kids are home for the first time in 4 years. Here's the poster the nieces made for him.
Ryan brought Taylor back that cute shirt. He gave it to her at the airport. It was cute. He then gave her some candy so she would warm up to him.And everyone at the airport. It's always exciting to watch missionaries come home. So much excitement!
Then of course Taylor has something funny to say to me. We were driving to the airport and we past the Temple. I told Taylor to look at her window. And here is our following conversation.
Taylor: "Oh the temple mom! Jesus lives there."
Me: "Yep, that's Jesus's house."
Taylor: "And Santa Clause's too."
I just bust up laughing. Never a dull moment in our home.

Halloween Party
Ever since Jeremy and I have been married every halloween we go to a party and you have to dress up. Half of the time I'm pregnant so we have to be creative with the costumes. Here are a couple of costumes we came up with.
Pregnant Rigby cheerleader with the Madison football player. C'mon you know that it's funny. (Pregnant with Taylor)The next year we went as hunters nothing too exciting so no pictures.
Last year we went as a priest and a pregnant nun. (Pregnant with Sadie)
And this year we went as can you guess......Ellen and Portia. It took A LOT of bribing to get Jeremy to dress up like a woman with make up and all. Doesn't he make a cute Ellen. Hahaha. Anyway the party was a lot of fun. We had some GREAT costumes show up. And in true Ellen style we played games that she plays on her TV show.
The first one we played is called the Marshmellow Game. It is soooo funny. Look at the pictures below. You'll get the idea. The next game we played was call Ahh Snap. Again look at the pictures below. Both games had everyone laughing. I'm just happy no one was seriously injured!
There were a lot of laughs and lots of good food. Thanks again for everyone coming. Oh and I'm going to put something together to send to Ellen. Maybe she will read my letter on air and call me and invite me to the show! I will keep you all updated. If anything she should read my letter and play the video clip! And the bald guy is Sharp. He REALLY did shave his head like that. He totally looks like an old man!

Growing Up
The other night we went out with Jeremy to look for places to hunt ducks. Taylor LOVED blowing the duck call. She actually wan't too bad at it. It made her daddy proud.
She loves playing with her play-dough. I think we pull it out once a day if not more.
This a classic Sadie face. If something new pops up in front of her this will be the expression we get.
And just a fun one. Sadie is into shaking her head no at me when I say no. She does it with a grin on her face. It has to be the cutest thing ever. I am working on getting that picture.
Kids just grow up so fast. I'm glad that we can have blogs to look at. I am horrible at scrapbooking and at keeping a journal. So blogs are a way of remembering the little things that get forgotten. All the fun pictures and memories that go with them right here on the internet. Isn't it GREAT!

Where to begin..

Sadie is now 9 months old! She has three teeth (she got one of her top ones and didn't even fuss! I'm telling you she is the BEST baby!) She weighs 16 lbs 5 oz and is 26 1/2" long. That puts her in the 10% for both height and weight. So she is still little. Sadie doesn't crawl yet. She would rather position herself to where she wants to go then roll to whatever she wants. She can roll pretty fast, too. There are some pictures of her rolling. So fun. And there are some pictures of Taylor hugging Sadie. You can see how happy she is when Tay does that.
Taylor has been having a fun time with all her friends. I get to watch my friend Amber's kids once a week and Taylor LOVES playing with Brylee. They are two of a kind. I love the picture of them where Brylee totally said something funny and Tay is just cracking up. Oh and lately she has just been taking naps where ever whenever. The other day I was fixing dinner and I look over and she was asleep on the floor. She also loves hanging out with her boyfriend Jaxon. Let's just say they are too much alike. Jenny and I have our hands full with those two.
Our good friends the Gaily's came up for conference weekend. It was so fun seeing them. We took the kids to Blast Off and they loved that. Their little girl Isabella has the prettiest red hair! I absolutely LOVE it. She is so sweet. Isa let Taylor boss her around all weekend. Kat and I did a little shopping (not nearly enough but oh well.) Oh and conference was great! It gives you a sense of hope after listening to it.
Jeremy has been out of town for work and is finally home. I hate when he is gone. Luckily I have good friends and family around to keep me busy! Oh one other funny thing Taylor said is this. I obviously must be going to Target too much cuz she comes up to me and says "Mom, I need fishes from Target." I busted up laughing. I always buy her a little box of fishes to eat there. Kids catch on quick!
